Most hail dents can be fixed without repainting
Hail usually leaves dozens or hundreds of shallow dents across the hood, roof and trunk lid. When the paint isn’t cracked, paintless dent repair lets a technician push each dent out from behind the panel. The factory paint stays intact, which helps the car keep its value.
Larger hail can crack paint, crease body lines or dent panels too badly for PDR. Those panels need conventional repair and refinishing, or replacement. We’ll go over every panel and explain which method each one needs.

Hail claims, handled
Hail damage is usually covered under comprehensive coverage, subject to your deductible. Your insurer may send you to a drive-through hail center. You don’t have to go there to have your car repaired: Texas law lets you choose your shop.
We write a complete estimate and send it to your adjuster. If we find more damage once we start, such as dents hidden under trim or a cracked roof panel, we document it and get it approved before we repair it.

Hail is usually covered under the comprehensive part of an auto policy. You can file before or after you see us, and we’ll send our estimate to your adjuster.
We repair the dents
Paintless dent repair where the paint is intact, conventional repair or panel replacement where it isn’t. Repair time depends on how many panels were hit.
Inspect and pick up
We check every panel in good light before you pick up. Body and paint work carries a lifetime warranty.

Does insurance cover hail damage on my car?
Hail is usually covered under the comprehensive part of an auto policy, after your deductible. Check your policy or ask your agent if you’re not sure you have comprehensive coverage.
Can all hail damage be fixed with paintless dent repair?
Not always. PDR works when the paint is intact and the dents are shallow enough. Cracked paint, sharp dents or damage on body lines needs conventional repair or panel replacement.
Do I have to use my insurer's hail center?
No. In Texas you choose where your vehicle is repaired. We’ll work with your insurer on the claim.
How long does hail repair take?
It depends on how many panels were hit and whether any need replacing. We’ll give you a time frame with the estimate.
